Nathaly Juarez is the Junior Communications Associate at CNC Education Fund, where she plays a key role in advancing Lúcete Latina’s media and digital initiatives to boost political participation and civic engagement among Latina voters. She also supports the Resilience and Emergency Ambassador Deployment Program (READY), helping to educate the community on emergency preparedness and readiness for extreme weather events.

Nathaly began her career in TV news with ABC, NBC, and CBS affiliates, where she developed expertise in enhancing the digital presence of local media through short-form storytelling. Her experience taught her the value of connecting with communities through engaging content and highlighting the unique experiences behind every story.

Before joining CNC, Nathaly excelled at organizing in-person conferences that highlighted influential women from the Central Valley, drawing the attention of major brands and media outlets.

She received her Bachelor of Science from California State University, Fresno with a dual major in Broadcast Journalism and Sociology.
